Supporting Your Student
Families play an important role in helping students approach assessments with confidence. Students are encouraged to attend school regularly, participate fully in classroom instruction, complete assigned coursework, and use available practice and preparation resources.
Before an assessment, students should get adequate rest, arrive at school on time, and follow any testing instructions provided by their teachers.
SCCS teachers and staff are available to assist students and families with questions about assessment requirements, schedules, and preparation.
Accessibility and Accommodations
SCCS provides appropriate accessibility features and testing accommodations to eligible students in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements and each student's individual plan.
Families with questions about accommodations for a particular assessment should contact SCCS.
